Verdicchio is well known among the great Italian white wines for its unmistakable and rich character, and above all for its surprising versatility.
It is made from Verdicchio grapes, an indigenous variety, which only shows its best characteristics when grown on the sunny hills of Jesi.
Verdicchio is, in fact, indigenous to the central Marche region: there are no other regions in which these or similar vines are grown.
Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi Classico Superiore is the purest expression of these grapes, which are vinified absolutely pure from a selection of vines in the Castelli di Jesi prime area.
